Gryphon founder with 10 years of experience operating in Africa in various capacities. BSc Honours in Earth Science. 

ANDEON BESTER 

Geologist with a passion for the outdoors, Andeon relishes the opportunity to explore and document the lesser-travelled regions. He hold an MSc in Earth Science and has a strong focus on structural geology. 

CHRIS RHEEDER 

Structural geology specialist who focuses on combining structural insights with advanced exploration techniques to guide exploration efforts and enhance future resource discovery.  MSc in Earth Science. 

RUTGER LA COCK 

Exploration geologist and sports fanatic with a keen interest in orogenic gold deposits. MSc in Earth Science with research focussing on the Barberton Greenstone Belt. 

NIEKUS FAURIE 

Exploration geologist who excels in analysing diverse commodities. Niekus adapts quickly to new challenges and excels at collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.  BSc Honours Earth Science
